ThinkNPink Got this from the back of a Lipton Recipe Secrets golden onion soup box:
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken thighs cut into 1 inch cubes. (I used a mix of breasts and thighs)
1/2 lb ham cubes
1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes do not drain, use juice too
1 C frozen lima beans
1 C frozen whole kernel corn (I used Trader Joes Roasted corn)
1 C peeled, diced potatoes
1/4 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets golden onion soup mix.
Spray crockpot w/ cooking spray. Combine all ingredients into crockpot, stir alittle. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs. or on High 4 to 6 hrs. It says 6 servings...but I'd say more like 4 adult servings.
You could easily double this or add more veggies/beans
