Herbed Spinach Cheese Ball

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup light garlic herb cheese spread

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed

Procedure

1. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese and cheese spread until smooth; stir in green onion, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper. Mix in spinach until well combined.

 

2. Shape into 4-inch ball. Wrap with plastic wrap; chill atleast 2 hours.

 

3. To serve, roll ball in sesame seed. Serve as a spread on wafers.
