ICE BOX PIE (taste very similar to cheese cake)
1 graham cracker crust
1 tub of Cool Whip
8 oz. package cream cheese
a splash of vanilla and a little sugar (optional)
1 can your favorite fruit topping (blueberry, cherry, etc.)
Mix up the cool whip and cream cheese and put into crust (add vanilla
and sugar if you wish). Put in frig. and let it set. Take out and add
your fruit topping.
