Heat oil in large saucepan over med-high heat. Add chicken and onions, saute until chicken is golden brown.
Add broth, chilies and spice blend. Simmer at least 15 minutes, but you can go longer if you want to!
Add beans (do not drain) and simmer 10 minutes.
Add green onions and serve topped with monterey jack cheese.
*For even more flavorful results, make this a day ahead and refrigerate over night to really combine flavors.
