INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
8 slices thick smoked bacon, uncooked
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon fresh crushed garlic
1 green pepper, ribbed, seeded, and chopped
1 onion, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Wrap chicken breasts with 2 bacon strips each (like a present). Mix BBQ sauce, garlic, and green pepper in bottom of crockery pot slow cooker. Top with the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours. Dinner will be ready when you get home from work.
