Sqirlz Morph program download here

In PSP, Open a new blank Image 300x 300 with white as a background
File/ New and put 300 X 300 Pixels in the blanks.
Open another blank image the same size with also a white background.
We need two identical sizes. It works better being the same size.
But if you have two sizes you can change the size of one picture to meet the others size by, going to Image and select equalize size in the Sqirlz program and it will pick one to make the other the same size but is not always successful. It warps the picture if it is out of proportion.
Open both orangutan images. I have included two for use, or use your own. Copy and paste each graphic into the blank images boxes. After placing each graphic, add the text if desired. Save both images as a JPG.
Now open the Sqirlz program. Open both images onto the desk top.
Go to Control Points. Make sure that fixed boundaries are selected. Then select ADD. Make the large orangatan active. Put two control points on the large orangatan. One on his nose and one directly below it near his belly. We are going to line up the noses on each picture.
Make the small orangutan active, and go to Control Points and select MOVE. Click on the control point and drag the top control point to his nose and click again to make it stick on his nose. Do the same with the other control point to make it directly under the nose one and place it on his belly.
If you goofed or need to move or delete some of the points you can do this by going to Control Points, add or delete. Or you can use the icons on the left of screen.
Go to Image/ Animation order. Make sure the small orangatan is first. If not pull the (arrow on the left) up to make him first.
Go to Morph and select Mix 2, because we have 2 pictures.
Go to Morph again and select PERIOD. And write in 20. This tells us how many frames wanted. If you let them select, they pick 60 or 70!!! It may be too fast, but we can slow it down when we take it into Animation Shop. So don’t worry.
If you would like to see it slower to see if it is lined up right, go back up to Morph and select Period again and change it to 60 to see it slower.
But don’t forget to change it back to 20 or we will have too many frames!!! Close the PREVIEW window.
Click on the AVI icon and save as an AVI file.
Name your file. Put 35 for frame rate. Full frame compressed. And then it builds the animation.
Remember where you put the file.
Go back to PSP and go to:
File/Jasc Software Products/ Launch Animation Shop
Same size as 1st image frame, next, transparent; Next, centered in frame with the canvas color, Next, yes, repeat the animation indefinitely, 20. Next, add image (Find YOUR image). Next, Finish.
Sampling click on Take all frames in range and select Merge identical frames into one.
We should have 20 frames. Now we need to change the first and last frame speed.
To change the speed of first and last frame to run at 100, we need to highlight the first frame by clicking on the ist frame( it will be blue and red), go to Animation / frame properties and change it to 100, and do the same for the very last frame, both will be at 100 and all the other frames as 20. The frame speed will be displayed at bottom of animation.
Go to View/ animation and Viola you are done. Save as a Gif this time!
