Often the same old patterns seem to repeat themselves over and over again in ones life…the statements...why me...and Oh no not again…are all too often heard by the recipients of such problems…one can stand back and look along the path of life up to the junction thus walked…and see behind a trail of disaster however along side also there are the flagstones of value…those stepping stones that carry one over the worst case problems. There may never be anything that can compensate for some of the worst case scenarios, the truly chaotic situations that people endure and suffer in their lives…and suffice to say…little can be said that will appease a broken heart, a wretched life, a broken spirit…but whenever one feels at the lowest of all ebbs…then although there are the prayers that are oft-times said that impeach and implore that the cup be taken from one…the physical implanting and implementing of action whenever it is in ones hands, is the actual remedy…the Spiritual coating is in other hands…that will be the cover that will protect and cosset as one takes those steps to make the necessary changes to ones life. Therefore although the human psyche is strong it also is vulnerable…and it is hard to bring oneself to the stage whereby one has to break the mold and the patterns of repetition. Lessons come hard although the scars of the memories are soft and tender. When the heart feels healed, when the tears have left, when the body is repaired, all one has then is the memory of how it was at that time…this is the only guide line one has, remember the memory.....
