Like the mountains that roll on the horizon I peak with the height in my soul, Like the waves that swell in the ocean I rise as my love does unfold. Through doubt and all uncertainties My fingers grasp onto the breeze, In hope it will blow insecurities Away, with the greatest of ease. If hope be a measure of longing, If need be a weight of desire, If fate be a volume of chances And time be a means to aspire, Then all of my dreams and desires Though flimsy remain in my heart, For destiny calls to the piper, And signals the tune when to start. If luck will become my companion, If fortune will smile in my face, And the hand that sprinkles out favours Will grant me just a small trace, If that balance between have and have not, Decides to sit at my end, Then with everything all in my corner My heart will soar and transcend...............
