| Friday 12th October Well today wasnt too bad im trying to get psp time in but its been too chaotic with the girls fighting its finally quiet now . Dan has come over for the weekend so its nice and quiet and it will be a lovely surprise for joshua in the morning when he wakes everyone up lol . Nicole has been a bit difficult with school and hiding her homework because she simply dont understand it and didnt want to ask for help . Joshua had a lovely day at school with his friends and went straight to sleep at 7pm I had an ok day i guess went to see the nurse for my weight control clinic today and was told im eating good and doing the right things and the pain in my knees through arthritis and water build up on the knees should lessen with a bit of movement . I laughed at this because i can hardly move with them when they're bad and she wants me to move them more lol I now weigh 108 kilos which means ive lost 10 kilos in 2 weeks . woohooo !! she did say that some weeks may be harder so im just seeing how i do she said the most important thing is thinking and eating well not just snacking and eating sweet stuff .
