"Any idea's about this picture?"  Could it be a ghost?  Do you know if anyone was killed in the car wreck? It might be the ghost of the person that got killed. Just a thought.  Teresa

This is a very well defined spirit manifestation.  If, as you say, there was no one hurt in the wreck, it could very possibly be a manifestation of a person from one of the car passengers past, or, quite possibly, someone who died on, or near the scene of this wreck?  This photo is too well defined to pass off as lens flash, or a cloud of smoke.
