Y'know....I have always wondered about Adam & Eve.  Did they really exist?  Were the the very first two upright walking Humans on the planet?  If they indeed were...this brings up several questions.  The first question would be....did they get here prior to the Neanderthals, or after the Cro-Magnons?  My next question would be...what race were they?  Drawings I have seen of the show them to be caucasian.  Were the, indeed, caucasian?  Now...if they were caucasian...then logic dictates that their offspring would also be caucasian and this brings up my third question:  If Adam & Eve were the first two caucasian upright walking humans on the planet...and their offspring were as well, caucasian...then...from where came all the non-white races on the planet?  Did we have a Black Adam & Eve...An Asian Adam & Eve...a Pacific Island Adam & Eve...A Mongolian Adam & Eve...an American Indian Adam & Eve?  The non-white races of the planet would indicate that each of them had their own Adam & Eve.  They had to come from somewhere?!

Now...if you look at it from the logical standpoint and presume that the non-white races did not have their own Adam & Eve, then we have to presume that evolution took over and all the non-white races evolved from the caucasian offspring of Adam & Eve...thereby proving that evolution is real.

And while on this same subject...I have another question.  In the story of Adam & Eve it tells us that they produced two sons.  Caine & Abel.  Then it goes on to tell us that naughty boy Caine kills his brother Abel. The it tells us that God banished Caine from the Garden to Eden and to some place called Nod.  I have looked at many ancient drawings of land masses and nowhere can I find a mass called Nod.  Be that as it may...as the story continues it tells us that Caine meets a woman and begins producing children with her.  Here's my question:  Where did this woman come from?  She had to have been an off planet alien from either Zeta Reticuli or the Pleiadian Star System.  The Bible doesn't tell us of her origins and I am a little curious about this.

So if someone there who is knowledgeable on this could fill me in...I'd appreciate it.

Pony,
You seem to be trying to turn a ghost section into a religious section. Why not get your answers from;

RODEO MINISTRIES

Pro Rodeo Ministries: This is the Ministry of Coy and Donna Huffman. Coy and Donna can be found Ministering to the Cowboys and Cowgirls as well as Spectators at some of the biggest PRCA Rodeos in the Country. Positive and Up-Beat they are really inspiring to all who come in contact with them.  www.prorodeoministries.com

They must be a favorite of Mrs. Bonney Bryan, they are listed on her ranch site. Funny she doesn't have anything about Indians posted there.

Actually I'm not trying to turn anything into anything.  I didn't think my post on this subject belonged over in the General Section.  I know there's some good, solid religious people here and I wanted to get some facts on this.  The only thing I have to go on for this subject is speculation and conjecture and hardly any facts at all.

You can not take all of the bible literally.
Jesus was Jewish. From the middle east. That means he was dark skinned. White people don't like to admit it, but Jesus was non caucasian. That being said Adam and Eve were probably non caucasian as well.
People do evolve. I seriously doubt the first people looked as we do today. Certainly the earth started with two people. That makes us all very distant kin. ( I know that hurts some of you. sorry )
Scientist have said that a black person removed from a tropical region will turn white within ten thousand years. A white person moved into a tropical region will turn black within ten thousand years. It is the bodies way of protecting itself. Evolution is a scientificly proven fact. And yes I know we don't know to what extent humans have evolved. I don't believe though that we came from apes.

Really? Who gets to pick and choose what is truth and what is fiction?

Haven't you ever heard that the bible is subject to interpretation?
The is nothing literal about revelation. That book was written in code because of the persecution by the romans.

I'd rather believe what the Bible says;
2 Tim 3;16
All scripture is given by the inspiration of God

2 Peter 1:20
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
(21)
For the phrophecy came not in old time by the will of man; but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

We'll just agree to disagree.

I have no arguement with that.
