Online Permission

 

THE RULES:

I'm frequently asked if I allow the use of my art for creating banners, tubes, avatars and other web oriented graphics.  I usually allow the use of my art as long as it is for a NON-PROFIT or NON-COMMERCIAL use. Also, I require you place my website address [www.annarigby.com] somewhere visible on the artwork.  If your site is a minor only site where you can't link to my site because of mature content, then I ask you please use my name [Anna Rigby].  You may also animate the art as long as it's not taking away from the overall design.  You may crop and scale it, however please do not distort it in any way.  I enjoy creating my art and love to share it with all of you.  It is a time consuming and pains taking process though, so I just ask you to respect me and my art by giving me credit for it whenever you use it.

HOW TO:

As you may notice, it is not possible to drag and drop my art from this site onto your desktop due to the coding.  However you are welcome to screen capture it or better yet, visit DeviantArt to view larger pieces of my art there.  I also automatically update it and you may save directly to your hard drive.

 

OWNERSHIP OF REQUESTS:

Please note that I retain the rights to use requests and designs in any design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, marketing materials, portfolio and reproduction unless otherwise noted.  Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the art/design and elements.
