THE RULES:
I'm frequently asked if I allow the use of my art for creating banners, tubes, avatars and other web oriented graphics.  I usually allow the use of my art as long as it is for a NON-PROFIT or NON-COMMERCIAL use. Also, I require you place my website address [www.annarigby.com] somewhere visible on the artwork.  If your site is a minor only site where you can't link to my site because of mature content, then I ask you please use my name [Anna Rigby].  You may also animate the art as long as it's not taking away from the overall design.  You may crop and scale it, however please do not distort it in any way.  I enjoy creating my art and love to share it with all of you.  It is a time consuming and pains taking process though, so I just ask you to respect me and my art by giving me credit for it whenever you use it.

HOW TO:
As you may notice, it is not possible to drag and drop my art from this site onto your desktop due to the coding.  However you are welcome to screen capture it or better yet, visit DeviantArt to view larger pieces of my art there.  I also automatically update it and you may save directly to your hard drive.
 
OWNERSHIP OF REQUESTS:
Please note that I retain the rights to use requests and designs in any design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, marketing materials, portfolio and reproduction unless otherwise noted.  Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the art/design and elements.

Can I use your artwork to make Tubes?

Yes for personal use ONLY, not to be distributed in any way, especially online. This is because once tubes are distributed online there's no way to tell where the artwork came from, the artist receives no credit for their hard work, and no-one knows what the usage requirements for the artwork are.

Can I use your artwork to create websets and signatures?

Yes, provided your use is non-commercial, and the text "www.treelightstudios.com" appears somewhere on each signature or webset - this text doesn't have to be large but it does need to be clearly visible and readable. Proportional resizing, cropping and feathering is fine.

The following applies to all images created by Manon Yapari that can be found on ManonYapari.com, it's subdomains, and related websites.

You are allowed to use images for...

  • personal homepage clipart
  • personal homepage/newsgroup art collections
  • signature tags
  • email stationery
  • website layouts, graphics or websets
  • RPG character portraits

Some images have watermarks that say "ManonYapari.com" across the middle. Of these images you are allowed to use the parts that are exposed - not the entire image. (For instance, you can still cut out a detail, like a face, to make an avatar.)

You don't have to ask for permission to do any of the above, just be sure to include at least one of the following...

You are NOT allowed to...

  • reproduce any image, especially not fanart, for commercial purposes
  • copy or claim images as your own, whether you have edited them or not
  • use or manipulate artwork out of context with the original subject matter

You may only reproduce images for personal, non-commercial use. Please note that unauthorized reproduction for commercial use is illegal. If you want to use a piece of artwork but are unsure if it's ok, do send an email explaining what you want to do with it.
You may alter the image so long as it is not altered to such extent it may be deemed graphically explicit/ pornographic, politiclly inappropriate, or else defames the original integrity of the artwork and/or its creator. You may not combine imagery created by me with other graphics and resell such artwork as original artwork unless a specific agreement has been reached prior.
Please include '© Mitch Foust' somewhere on the artwork. Where possible, please include my website link.
Please do not directly link to images on this site.

It is fine with me if you would like to showcase some of my work on your non-commercial "websets, calling cards, and signature tags", as long as you establish a link to my web-site, and provide a full and prominent credit for the artwork:
however : Please follow the below guidelines for useage: ( sorry its a bit long, but i came across to many rips recently :( )
1: In all images/ tubes must appear my initials and artistname and the copyright symbol ©. All rights reserved is predominantly displayed on every tag siggy, webset, tube etc.. (©H"Azurylipfe"D. All rights reserved).-
2: My website http://azurylipfe.deviantart.com/ is watermarked on every artwork.
3: No image or derived product can be sold, changed, printed, or used for advertising or used for any other commercial purpose without previous agreement from me. If any of these acts should occur legal actions will be taken. Any work you create using my art must be for personal use only. Please DO NOT sell any creations that you make using my art. Emailsets and websets are fine, as long as they are 'Not For Sale' and all include my copyright info and working links to my site.
4: An active link is provided to my website next to my art every time it is displayed.
5: Please provide me with a link address so I can see where my art is being displayed. ( if possible)
6: Animation/sparkles/glitter/tubes is 'ok', as long as the above guidelines are kept .
7: Banners,brushes, wallpapers and avatars, I DO NOT ALLOW, sorry for that:)
8 may also NOT be used in any way :
1 : the pieces from the " Atlantis serie" ( "tears for atlantis" part 1& 2 and "hope for Atlantis" " Symphony for Atlantis" ) and " keeper of the golden apple"
2 : The complete Tarot serie i'm doing now, may NOT be used/altered in any way.

4: pieces with my son and husband in them:) not really required but it would be nice :)
A you may always send a copy of the creation to his email as an attachment before it is published.
B create a page dedicated to the Artist, supplying information about him and obvious links to his page.
C inform the Artist of the starting of the use of application of the creations/tubes.
D All illegal use of the Artist's images should be notified to his web address.
If you abide by these guidelines I am happy for you to use my art.

May I use Nene's art for tags, tubes, sigs, and avatars?

Here are the rules I ask everyone to adhere to:

1) Please include my copyright information and a link (it doesn't have to work but it does have to be on the image) back to my website.
2) You may feather, tube, mask, add sparkles or animation to the image.
3) You may not significantly alter my images or combine it with that of another artist.
4) Please do not use my images on a pay site or a site containing adult content.

These adorable creations, Snickers Doodles as most know them by, were created by Allie.
Sadly, Allie passed away over a year ago and it is the wish of her family and co-creator that they continue to be used.
The TOU are as follows:
 
* 1. Design web sets, stationary, or any printable projects (ex: business cards, gift tage...etc), for your site or for others to download for free.
* 2. Use the tubes to design your personal/commercial site (ex: logo's, banners, backgrounds...etc).
* 3. Awards, sig tags, adoptable pals...etc.
* 4. Please ensure you give proper credit to Snicker's Doodles (©Snickers Doodles) when using these images as they are not public domain.
