My daughter and family and i will spend Memorial Day at a cabin at Houghton Lake.

It is the largest inland Lake in Michigan. 30 miles of shoreline. Popular resort and fishing spot. Warm water shallow lake..
17 feet (5.2 m) in the lake. The lake offers almost every species of game and panfish found in Michigan with the exception of the trout/salmon families, the sturgeon, and white bass. Common catches include northern pike, bluegill, walleye, crappie, yellow perch and largemouth bass
that would be a nice place to go fishing with us. Maybe we catch anought for a meal. I havent fished in many years. If the weather permits, we will take the water skie.
