Heaven
Holy is the only word
That can describe the place,
Where every day is filled with joy,
Peace and happiness.
Eager loved ones wait for us
With their arms open wide
Happy when the day has come
that God lets us inside.
Angels singing songs of praise.
Is such a joyous sound.
It is a place where sickness,
fear and sadness can't be found.
Vast arrays of beautiful colors
Adorn the scenery there.
All of the streets are paved in gold
And serenity is everywhere.
Eternity is there for us
A gift from God above.
That means we'll have forever
To experience His pure love.
Never again to worry
No sorrow or despair.
But only by the Grace Of God
Can we some day live there.
