Dressing Ingredients:
1/3 cup reduced calorie French dressing
1/3 cup thick and chunky salsa
green onion sliced
Mix these all together and refrigerate
4 boned and skinned chicken breasts and 4 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 medium tomatoes
1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup low fat tortilla chips
1/4 cup lowfat sour cream
Heat grill I used my George Foreman
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thick between wax paper
sprinkle with powders
grill chicken till fork tender
Arrange lettuce,tomatoes and cheese on 4 salad plates
cut chicken into slices crosswise
put on top salad mixture
arrange tortilla chips around edges of plates
drizzle dressing over top
put a dab of sour cream on top
This Is SO good! I made mine in one big salad bowl instead and it was beautiful!
