This recipie came from my Light and Tasty magazine....It is very low in sugar, and I know some on here can't have much sugar..it sounds really easy and good....

1 package (.3oz) sugar free lime jello
1 cup boiling water
1 prepared angel food cake (8") cut into 1" cubes
1 package (8oz) reduced fat cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 carton (8oz) reduced fat whipped topping thawed , divided

In a bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water..Refrigerate until mixture just begins to thicken.about 35 minutes..Place cake cubes in a 13x9x2 dish coated with nonstick spray..set aside

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth..Beat in sugar, lemon juice, and peel. Add jello mixture, beat until combined. Fold in 1 and 1/2 cups whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm...Cut into squares, top with remaining whipped topping ....15 servings....

One piece =139 calories..4 gr fat. 8 mg cholestrol.145 mg sodium 21g carbohydrate Diabetic exchanges 11/2starch, 1 fat......
