Creamed Cheese Fish Rolls

1 egg
Bread Crumbs
Onion
Mushrooms
Butter "real butter"
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Fish Fillets  Walleye or Catfish or whatever you like

Sautae Onions and Mushrooms in real butter
Mix above in Cream Cheese add 2 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs to mix.
Pound Fish Fillets flat spread mixture on fish and roll fish up. Dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs and fry.
You can use a toothpick to hold fish roll ups in place while frying .
It is good if you like fish and if you can have butter and creamcheese. I don't make it anymore cause I can't have creamcheese and butter.
