LEMON ORANGE ROUGHY 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 fillets orange roughy 1 orange, juiced 1 lemon, juiced 1/2 teas.lemon pepper Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange the fish fillets in skillet and drizzle with orange and lemon juice. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with a prayer and love. |
