This page is for posting links to other web sites or group sites that offer information, tutorials or lessons that will help us learn new things about making gifs, sigs, using psp, etc.
Sunshine and Rainbows will never be about learning those things... however, we will gladly share information about other places that do!
No adult sites allowed.
Use the name of the site you are posting a link to.. for the subject title of the new thread you start to post the link on.
If the teaching/learning sites shared on here prove to be someplace you'd like to join and be a part of... then of course please do so! 
When you go read on another group's pages... please also read their rules page and respect any rules or 'requirements for use' type of rules they may have posted.
NOTE: Information that is on groups that are open to the public is information available only to read. It is not permitted to take or copy/paste any tutorials to use for your own purposes. Just read and learn... or join to be able to get more in-depth teaching they offer.
If you see a site/group that you really like, but don't want to join it... add it to your favorites list to get back to easily,... or for msn groups, go to their "What's New" page.. .and click on the phrase.. "Add To Groups I Visit". Then the group will be in your personal list of "My Groups" to easily return to. ( I have 24 groups on my "visit" list.)
If you have any questions or problems in reference to this page, it's use, or items posted, post them on this thread.
