| Good enough to be considered correct. Actually, New York Telephone and Con Ed shared a common lobby---phone company on one side, Con Ed on the other. |

| Actually, my husband had said at first Gas & Electric. Then he said Phone , now he sees the building in his mind eye. Shared Lobby with the both companys. |
