It's been a few years since I actually made the trip but it will be nice to see first hand what has changed... first hand. If there are requests for any photos and I wind up in that neighborhood, I'll be happy to snap a shot. In the past, whenever I made a trip, I never knew what to expect but things appeared cleaner and not so much graffiti last time around.

If you drive by Edward L. Grant Hwy between Ogden and Jessup, I would like to know the status.  The last I heard was that the  old stores were being demolished.  I was there in 1999 and the old stores were still there.

have you checked the Oasis map yet? I use it quite often and find it helpful in lieu of an actual photo.

The sequence of streets  on Edweard L. Grant from the CrosdsBronx/University Avenue  are Plympron, Nelson Shakespeare and Jessup.  Jessup terminates at about 170th Street
