1 doz. hard boiled eggs 2 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. dill pickle juice 1-2 tbsp. milk Paprika Cut eggs in half, put yolk sections in a bowl. Smash with fork until chopped up like bread crumbs, add mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pickle juice and 1 teaspoon milk; mix together and season with extra juice, salt and mustard to taste if necessary. Put mixture back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Makes 2 dozen. |
