12 hard boiled eggs 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 8 oz. fresh crab meat Paprika Cut each egg in half (lengthwise). Remove yolks, mash them and add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Break the crabmeat into small flakes and add. Heap the egg whites with the mixture and garnish with paprika. Next time: Double the recipe! These evaporate! |
