6 hard cooked eggs, cut lengthwise 3 1/2 tbsp. real mayonnaise 2 tsp. finely chopped sweet pickle 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish Salt & pepper Remove yolks from eggs and place in medium bowl. Mash yolks. Add mayonnaise, pickle, celery seed, horseradish, salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth. Taste for needed additional seasonings. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Dust with paprika. |
