Ingredients
1/2 Package Egg Roll Wrappers 1 Tablespoon Dark Sesame Oil 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1/2 In Ginger Root -- finely chopped 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped 1 Medium Carrot -- julienned 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper -- finely chopped 1 Bunch Broccoli -- into florets 1 Teaspoon Chile Garlic Puree 4 Medium Green Onion -- chopped 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- finely chopped Directions Boil wrappers about 2 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame oil and soy sauce, set aside. Heat olive oil in skillet saute ginger garlic, carrot and bell pepper 3 mintues. Add broccolli, saute 5 mins. Add wrappers and chile garlic puree. Cook 1 minutes. Serve garlichsed with green onions and cilantro. Serves 4
