Crunchy Cheese Ball
1 package (3 oz) chicken-flavored ramen noodle soup 16 ounces cream cheese -- softened 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup dry-roasted shelled sunflower seeds 4 green onions -- chopped 1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
In a food processor, process uncooked noodles, contents of seasoning packet, and next 4 ingredients till well blended. Divide mixture in half. Shape each half into a ball. Roll in Parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
TO SERVE: Let stand at room temperature 20 - 30 minutes or until softened. Serve with crackers or bread.
