Chili-Cheese Roll
2 Lb Velveeta cheese, softened
1 Lb cream cheese, softened
2 Cloves garlic, finely minced
3/4 Cup chopped walnuts
Chili powder
Whole red chilies, cut into strips
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together cheeses and garlic. An electric
mixer can be used. DO NOT USE A BLENDER. Mix in nuts. Form into 2
or 3 rolls on Saran Wrap. Chill until firm. Sprinkle with chili powder and
chill for at least several hours to allow flavor to develop. Garnish with chili
strips in a star pattern. Serve with assorted crackers.
