Mexican Spread:
Ok the amount of the ingredients are being left out because it all
depends one how many mouths/people you are going to feed and how
hungry they are!!
Starting with the dish- you need one with a high edge around it- I
usually use a large glass rectangular cake pan..
The ingredients are layered in the order as given ok-
1-Sour Cream is the first layer-spread this to cover the bottom of
the base of your pan/dish and about 1/2 inch deep or deeper(the
more the better-lol)
2- Favorite Chuncky Salsa - spread evenly over sour cream
3- Chopped Tomatoes-what I do is remove the seeds and chopped it
up- I end up using about 2 large tomatoes also chopped oinion-etiher
white or red or a mixture of both. And chopped Green Pepper, Red
Pepper and even Yellow one. Spread these veggies over the salsa.
(You can add those hot peppers-but I don't care for them)
4-If you want you can add chopped green onions if you have them.
5 Top with LOTS of Grated Cheddar Cheese-LOTS..-I've had the
tendancy at times to use half a pound at least on this or more...
And there you have it- the best Mexican Spread in the world.
