2 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
Buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
Combine dry ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add enough buttermilk to make soft dough. Knead lightly on floured surface until smooth. Roll to 1-inch thickness; cut with biscuit cutter. Pour oil in baking pan. dip both sides of biscuits in oil; arrange in pan. Bake at 450 to 500 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned.
