2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup raisins
1 container (8 ounces) vanilla fat free yogurt
ICING
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. fat free half and half
.
1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in raisins. Add yogurt, stirring just until moistened.
2. Turn onto a floured surface and knead a few times. Roll to 1/2-inch thickness with a 2-1/2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
3. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Combine icing ingredients; drizzle over biscuits. Serve warm. Yield: 17 biscuits.
