Southern Sausage Biscuits 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese 1 lb. bulk sausage 3 c. prepared biscuit mix Grate cheese, let cheese & sausage stand at room temp. Combine cheese, sausage & prepared biscuit mix, blend thoroughly. Shape into sm. balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F. for 10 to 12 mins.Makes 30biscuits.
