Add warm liquid to flour mixture.
Add 1 egg to and mix well. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Stirin 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour til you get a stiff ball of dough (but not too stiff & dry).
Place in lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise til doubled, 1 hour.
Stir down, gently. Turn into the greased casserole. Cover and let rise again til doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes remove and cool on rack
