In a food processor coarsely chop together the olives, the capers, and the anchovies. In a large bowl combine the olivemixture with the ground beef, the Worcestershire sauce, and the pepper, mixing well. Shape the mixture into eight 3/4-inch-thick patties. On a barbecue grill set to high heat, grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve on the toasted rolls.
