Southwest Hot Chocolate (Arizona)
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Milk -- Or Water 1 1/2 Ounces Mexican Chocolate -- Chopped 2 Sticks Cinnamon Kahlua -- Optional Whipped Cream -- Optional Directions Bring milk, chocolate and cinnamon to a simmer. Do not allow to boil. Simmer until chocolate had melted. Pour into glasses, add kahlua and whipped cream if desired. Serve. Serves 2
