To make your own:

New Canvas in PSP  -  144 x 25 -  or thereabouts.  It's yours, make it as you wish.

Flood fill using a color you like.

Image; Add Border - again, use a color you like.
 Settings:   pixels;   top; left; right; bottom - all at 3.   If you want to change this, you may.  It's yours, do as you like.

Animation Shop:

Open your button.

Effects;  Insert Text Effects.  Type in your words.  Put your cursor in front of the text (to the left) in the text box and choose your font and size it to your liking.

Begin with your settings on :

            Effect length:    3.6

          Frames per Second:         5

                 Marquee

           Show Preview

Play with it until you like it.
