Herbal Health Sachet

To maintain good health, cut two squares of green cloth measuring three inches each. Make a small sachet by sewing together the two pieces of cloth with orange thread.

Leave an opening for inserting some dried herbs.
The best herbs for this sachet may include any of the following herbs associated with good health and life-giving properties: angelica, bay, carnation, cedar, chamomile, cinnamon, ginseng, juniper, marigold, olive, orange, rosemary, walnut, and witch hazel.

After the herbs of your choice have been inserted into the sachet, sew up the opening. Anoint the four corners of the sachet with sandalwood oil.

Consecrate the sachet at your altar, carry it in your pocket or handbag, and tuck under the pillow as you sleep.
