maybe someone can answer this ponder for me, if we knew about the bust coming in housing, and if foreclosures were going down a year or more before it all became hot button why didnt congress  shore up the dyke?  there was no investigation, no outcry in the press, no real interest until the dominoes began falling, one just might believe that  congress didnt act on purpose.  jerry
