you guys don't know what a threat is.
a threat is very simple.
"world war III will begin if McCain gets elected"
"the US will become a communist dictatorship if Obama gets elected".
those are not threats.
those are fringe beliefs by deeply troubled individuals.
a threat would look more like
"I am going to start a riot if McCain wins"
or
"I am going to kill 88 black people if Obama wins".
see the difference? |

the poor lady is scared. she needs therapy not prison. she was not threatening anybody. she really thinks that there is going to be a civil war started if obama loses. she was NOT saying she was going to help instigate the civil war. she just is all fearful.
discussing one's fears of impending doom... for example... saying that God is going to appear on earth as man and kill all of the non believers.... is not a threat. it is sharing one's fears. |

She also says that her friends Jane Fonda and Naomi Wolf are extremely worried that Obama will be sabotaged by Republican dirty tricks, and that if an Obama loss indeed comes to pass, the result will be a second American Civil War. read this. what is clealry said was if mccain wins by dirty tricks. i think there should be civil war if elections don't mean any thing. what of the corruption going on. congress bails out those banksters and hedge fund managers or whatever they are called. if that wasn't bad enough, the suits gave themselves a huge pay raise using tax dollars to do so. that alone is worth a revolution over. |

That woman seems to be having an anxiety reaction. She needs medication and counseling . We will not have a civil war no matter who wins or who loses. Not going to happen. Shades of Catty the aussie- she was saying the same thing. |
