Bra for the boys an online bestseller in Japan

Who said bras are only for women? A Japanese online lingerie retailer is selling bras for cross-dressing men and they've quickly become one of its most popular items.

Since launching two weeks ago on Rakuten, a major Japanese web shopping mall, the Wishroom shop has sold over 300 men's bras for 2,800 yen ($30) each. The shop also stocks men's panties, as well as lingerie for women.

"I like this tight feeling. It feels good," Wishroom representative Masayuki Tsuchiya told Reuters as he modeled the bra, which can be worn discreetly under men's clothing.

Wishroom Executive Director Akiko Okunomiya said she was surprised at the number of men who were looking for their inner woman.

"I think more and more men are becoming interested in bras. Since we launched the men's bra, we've been getting feedback from customers saying 'wow, we'd been waiting for this for such a long time'," she said.

But the bra, available in black, pink and white, is not an easy sell for all men.

The underwear has stirred a heated debate online with more than 8,000 people debating the merits of men wearing bras in one night on Mixi, Japan's top social network website.

{ Just what every "Metrosexual" man needs? I don't know.... a man taking off a woman's clothes is one thing but putting them on himself is quite another! I don't see how blurring the lines between the sexes is going to help us understand each other better. I have seen young men wearing makeup and though I don't have anything against it.....I don't find it attractive or enticing. I like my men to look and act like men. I really don't know what it all means. A girl friend told she was in a hair salon in New York City where half the people in it were men getting their hair and nails done and eyebrows plucked. Is this the way of the future? What do you think?}

You're probably refering to REAL men, one's that scratch and burp as their drinking beer with their buddies. Guys that have a shot gun rack in the back of their truck and bring home a deer or elk for you to dress and cook. The real men who watch your fat ass clean their Harley while (again) drinking beer with their buddies and showing you the spots that you ignorantly missed. And all the while wondering why your lazy ass can't finish your duties cleaning the bike and actually put a hot BBQ'ed meal on the picnic table, you lazy sloff.

Bra's for men? I can understand why women wear them, but they would be useless for men.

But, some men still wear neck ties, and those are useless.....

Bra's are pretty well useless for some of us girls as well.
