I remember reading an article by one of the leaders of Objectivism in which he flatly suggested genocide of the Iranian people (via a pre-emptive Nuclear strike) because the US has embraced technology and we as a people have the right to dominate them as a people. That clearly crosses the line into xenopathic mindset.
