| Ingredients: Four 6oz. salmon filets olive oil 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon style mustard 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce 1/4 cup chopped pecans 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions: 1. Place the sauce ingredients in a plastic bowl and combine. Cover with an airtight lid and refrigerate until ready to use. This step can be done in advance. 2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. 3. Rub the salmon filets on both sides with the olive oil. 4. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side. 5. Brush the sauce on the salmon, flip, and cook for and additional minute.
