- lettuce  
 - seedless, red grapes  
 - smoked gouda cheese  
 - 1 portella mushroom  
 - Ginger Soy Salad Dressing
 
 To make one salad. Slice approximately one-third of a large portabella mushroom and cook in a bit of olive oil. Next, put enough lettuce on a plate or use a bowl for your salad. Add about 10 grapes. Cut enough smoked gouda cheese for your serving... and then add the cooked portabella mushroom slices. If you don't have ginger-soy dressing, you could use spicy Italian or another type of dressing.
