Gazpacho
  
 4 tomatoes, chopped
 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
 3 cups tomato juice
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1/2 tsp. oregano
 1/2 tsp. tabasco
 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
 salt & pepper to taste
 fresh cilantro
  
 Mix all ingredients, except cilantro, in a large glass bowl. Cover and chill for at least four hours. Pour into individual bowls and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serves 4.
