Bama, bleu cheese n taters sounds insanely good.  Do you have a recipe?  Never met a potato dish I didn't like - just think, they're members of the deadly nightshade family which includes poisonous jimsonweed, and hallucinogenic datura...hmmm.
It's a wonder our species didn't kill itself off in process of culinary experimentation.
Not crazy about chai tea, something about tea and milk puts me off.

It is, DC!  It's also pretty inexpensive, as meats go.  The mashed-up vegetables in gravy were spectacular, an adjective I do not often use with vegetables (potatoes excepted).  No, I do not know how to smoke any meat, actually but would love to try sometime.

Unfortunately, I have only a little Weber barbeque on balcony, used to grill steaks, etc.  When I fire it up, my smoke nazi neighbor goes into snit, coughs and hacks piteously so don't even do that too often.  Maybe I could do oven version.  How do you make sandwiches?
