Rosie's really great, really simple Dumplings
 Blend together:
 I cup flour
 2 Teaspoons baking powder
 one half Teaspoon salt
 Stir in:
 one half cup milk
 two tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
 Drop by spoonfuls over simmering stew. The dough should be just soft enough to be dropped from spoon.
 Cover and simmer for 15 minutes without lifting lid.
 That's it and it's good!!
