Funny thing though.... these eggplant sandwiches taste sort of like chicken or fish. I used to make them for my ex for lunch at his workplace. He liked them so much he shared with other co-workers and they couldn't tell if it was a fish sandwich or chicken ! They liked them too... so sometimes I would make a bunch of them for his co-workers. |
