I've recently discovered this stuff - it's silicone coated paper, fabulous for baking - anything from cookies, candies, rolling out dough to oven-friend chicken or chops, or getting fancy, cooking fish or chicken en papillote.  You don't need to oil or butter pan, so a few calories can be saved as well.  Linked writeup says once you begin using it, you'll be hooked and it's true.  It's on the expensive side - I bought a 24' X 15" roll (Reynolds) for about four bucks.  However, sheets can be wiped off and reused for a few bakings with some items.  Used to be sold only in specialty shops but now is in supers.
