hello folks, new to this site, but my old man wanted me to ask if any of you might know why our silkie roo is producing real light to neon bright chicken poo? we had our light brahma roo penned up about three weeks ago[ not in same pen ] and his poo looked that way too. never  have seen this before. it's like they had eaten a lime green crayon or something. is this normal?  it's usually a dark gray. thank you in advance.    wendy&papo

Hey..not such a silly question really but need to ask if you have fed them anything differant in their diet like some greens..or special treats??? Have they free ranged for a bit in a differant area...Sometimes just a little of something differant will cause this sort of reaction...
Also, is it runny or is it firm?  Loose bowels indicate illness...
I was told that like every 40 or so movements will be loose and off color..sort of like  a cleansing of their system...but having these sort of movements each time they go..is not good and indicates some sort of bacterial thing goingon...
Let me know what you have on these other questions and I sure will hit the books and get you some of the options to look at for this..I'm sorry I've been so long answering...I was forced offline for a bit and am just getting caught up...Thanks for your time..and hope to hear from you really soon...
Blessing's to you Mama
