Howdy to all, I have been busy with all of my birds, work, and building a new duckhouse. I have never attempted anything like building before, but it is going surprisingly well and I have learned a lot for the next time! My 4 white Chinese Geese will remain in the old duckhouse along with the older 16 ducks and one chicken. The new house is for our 16 ducks that are almost 5 months old. We (my son and I) have been having lots of fun with all of the birds. Gloria in Vermont |

Hi Gloria, wow you have a great assortment of ducks and poultry. I will bet you had a fantastic time with them this past summer when they were babies. Congrats on completing your new duck house. Wish you lots of luck with all your birds. Take care and pop in when you can and let us know how everything is going. Hugs Michelle |

Hi, I am at work and my son sent me a picture a couple of hours ago of an egg from one of the young ones - hatched on April 16th! That sure was a surprise. I know they are acting all grown up with the head bobbing and flat duck antics they are going through. Gloria |

Just to let you know that I am still around, but had some problems getting my some of my meds. Hope everyone is doing well and am thinking of y'all. At least one of my hens has started laying. Its either that or all of them are and hiding the eggs somewhere. And 'they' say chickens are not organized. |

Hi Deb, hope you are doing much better. Well either you will have only a few chicks or suddenly chicks will be popping up all over the place. Keep us posted. Hugs Michelle |
